Dedicated to ensuring that clients have the best possible experience during a transaction, they are constantly innovating, upgrading, and using modern technology along with the wealth of experience and expertise of their Conveyancing teams to provide the highest level of service for their clients.
You will play a vital role in contributing to the first-class service provided to clients and other third parties in all residential matters, within a high-volume conveyancing environment. Your new role will see you effectively manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion (including but not limited to sale & purchase, leasehold, and freehold, shared ownership, right to buy & help to buy, etc).
Ideally, you must have at least 3 years' previous Residential Conveyancing experience and be confident in handling your own high-volume caseload of Conveyancing matters, have great interpersonal skills, and be willing to work to tight deadlines.
