Apprentice Learning Engagement Advisor x2

Total People are looking to recruit a Apprentice to support in the sign up of new learners to our programmes. You will work closely with our Learning Engagement Advisors to support this process using our PIC's web system.

You will need to be a good communicator and like to deal with people as this is a customer facing role which will require you to communicate with potential learners and their employers through this process. This is an important role as you may be one of the first people to engage with customers and you will be required to make a good first impression by being professional and organised.

Key Responsibilities include:

Working closely with the Learning Engagement Advisor, ensuring that learners are signed up in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.

Support the effective communication processes with employers and learners to ensure that the required documentation to constitute a start is completed and submitted in line with company requirements.

Support in providing information and key updates to apprentices and employers to ensure everyone is fully aware of their commitment to the programme before sign up is completed.

Support with manning the communication channel with learners and employers during the sign-up process to ensure that all the relevant documentation and processes are gained and documented appropriately using Form Capture.

Support with apprentices and employers that have any questions/queriers that need to be managed during the sign-up process.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• IT proficient, and confident in the use of systems
• Proven commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
