Our client based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join a busy team on a temporary basis.
It is expected that the role will be for around 4 months.
Salary is negotiable, depending on skills and experience, up to GBP35,000 per annum.
Main duties will include:
Be accountable for the delivery of HR policies and practices to employees.
Coach and advise line managers on HR Policies and Practices in accordance with the Service Delivery Framework.
Provide excellent customer service.
Provider support and guidance to the HR community on how to utilise HR Shared Services processes and service offering to ensure efficiency's are driven across the business.
Ensuring when improvements are identified they are seen through to completion in agreement with the HR Manager.
Query Resolution via CRM, Telephony, HR Bot and any other implemented service.
Liaise with external providers when required on complex matters on specific legislation.
Be the point of contact of escalation for the HR Advisors, ensuring knowledge transfer is captured and transferred into service.
Skills required:
High level understanding of HR Activities
Strong technological ability to adapt to using multiple IT software's and MS packages (Excel is essential)
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Ability to communicate with confidence with all levels of stakeholders including senior stakeholders on complex matters
Works well and calmly under pressure to meet demand
Strong team player
