Basis: Job Share  18.5 hours (Job Share), Part Time 

Type: Permanent

Hours: Work pattern: Monday - Wednesday

 

This is a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support the administrative functions of the Estates and Services team based in Coventry. 

 

You will be responsible for various administrative functions including monthly reports, data inputting, photocopying/scanning/printing jobs, working in and creating excel spreadsheets, taking minutes and raising purchase orders.

 

You will also support the Assistant Supervisors (Estates) in arranging bookings of bulk waste items, raising jobs on to the system for bulk removal, updating the CRM system with relevant information and details, communicating with members of staff regarding their daily job assignments, end of week/month reports and any additional requests.

 

About you:

To be successful in the role of Administration Assistant you will bring with you the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to understand and respond to verbal and written instructions
  • Data inputting
  • Compiling reports
  • Using administration and IT systems and equipment
  • Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel
  • Minute taking
  • Working in a team
  • Working in an office setting
