Based at their immaculate Distribution Centre in Tamworth, we are looking for a Customer Support Advisor who is dedicated to making the difference to our Customer Experience.
An integral team member within our fantastic Customer Experience team supporting our overarching team goal of making a difference to our customers by efficiently and effectively diagnosing and solving their product related issues.
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Competitive Salary and Benefits
What you will need to be able to make a difference...
* Be a logical thinker and good at diagnosing faults.
* An in-depth technical knowledge of all products (full training will be provided)
* Be able to prioritise tasks
* Be a good listener and able to build a rapport with customers and colleagues
* Be customer focused and commercially aware.
* Attentive to detail
* Be able to work well within a team.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office.
* Experience of SAP B1 and Zendesk desired but not essential (full training will be provided)
