Lily staffing solutions are currently looking for cover for a children's home In Branksome, Poole
The settings have a maximum of 2 residents and are run as family homes providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive home for young people who are in care who have experienced trauma and/or neglect.
The shifts are varied start times, we can be flexible to suit your situation, although the latest start time we can accommodate is 5pm when there is a sleep in involved. Sleep ins are paid at GBP75 and it is rare that you will be disturbed during the night.
Example of shifts 7.30am- 3pm or 2pm-11.30pm Sleep in until 7.30 am. Rates of pay are dependent on times of shifts and days worked.
We are always looking for weekend cover which is paid at GBP13.45- GBP15.33 per hour + sleep in pay. Rates during weekdays are between GBP11.06-12.44 all wages are paid weekly
Experience of working with young people is a must for this role although transferable skills could also be acceptable.
