We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor to work in our dynamic team at our Hotel and Resort, England's leading Hotel and Resort. After a beautiful refurbishment we now have 319 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and golf.
Overlooking our stunning golf course, our high-volume sports bar, is the perfect place to relax after a day's golfing. This bar is busy all day, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Role
Work-life balance is important to us. We provide a 45 hours per week contract. As a restaurant supervisor, you will work with the General Manager to ensure excellent customer service in a very busy environment.
As a supervisor you will:
- Lead by example, instilling team spirit and inter-departmental cooperation
- Ensure our guests receive the highest quality of service
- Ensure shifts are efficient and smooth
- Support your team, providing training and guidance
- Assist with cash handling and stock management
- Work closely with chefs to maintain quality of food
- Supervise and motivate your team
About you
- An experienced supervisor who has worked in a busy Gastro pub, 4 star hotel, or busy high street restaurant.
- Passion for food and drink
- Thrive from delivering fantastic service in a buzzing and beautiful environment
- Ability to work on own intiative and driven to progress
- Enjoy managing large team
- Motivate your team through being approachable and delivering great support
