Harper Adams University is looking for a Butcher to join our busy all year-round, award winning kitchen team. We are open to applications from part-qualified, recently qualified and experienced butchers. The hours are predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work in the conference period.

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the Butchery department within the busy kitchen. Driving operational consistency, innovation and exceptional quality. This will involve utilising the Harper produce off its own farm and liaising directly with the farmer on site. Knowledge of carcass breakdown is essential with enormous potential to grow the business by a passionate, experienced & enthusiastic butcher.
