Are you an experienced energy and sustainability specialist with a background in construction?

Do you want to progress your technical skills, receive specialised training and play a key part in meeting sustainability goals?

This company is a market leader in energy consultancy. Their specialty is in ensuring that buildings meet sustainability standards and building regulations. They have built a fantastic reputation over the last few years and have exciting plans for growth moving forward.

In this role, you will be undertaking Part L and Sustainability Assessments to provide the best solutions to clients. You will be part of a growing team within a rapidly expanding company. You will be provided with a variety of training and progression opportunities

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a sustainability advisor or assessor within a construction and building works environment.

The Role:
* Carry out SAP assessments using various computer packages
* Complete energy and sustainability statements and strategies
* Undertake thermal modelling and code for Sustainable Homes Assessments
* Measure up architectural plans using CAD software
* Provide client reports

The Person:
* Experience working as a sustainability advisor or assessor
* From a Building works and Construction background
* Experience with IES Modelling
* Experience writing Energy statements
