Our client based in the March area of The Fens is looking to recruit a 1st Line Support on a fulltime permanent basis. This role reporting into the IT Manager offers a real chance to progress your career with IT
Job Role:-
* Minimise down-time and ensure the effectiveness of desktop infrastructure through:
* Provide IT support by taking ownership of relevant support tickets and be pro-active when dealing with issues that require 3rd party support
* Support any and all projects to improve the use of IT ensuring that implementations are done according to best practice
* Comply with all relevant internal controls, including but not limited to our clients Policies and Change Management
* Assist our clients colleagues as and when required
Experience Required:-
* Experience of supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC environments, including desktop, laptop, hardware, printers, software applications including Microsoft Office
