Our client has an opportunity for two Customer Service Advisors (permanent and 12 months fixed term) to be a part of their thriving hive. You’ll work as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience and a high level of service across the Group

 

Job requirements:

  • You won’t just be answering the phone! Instead, you’ll help customers across their brands through email, social media, in person and over the phone.
  • Manage customer expectations, summarise conversations and record them on their internal systems
  • Take responsibility for investigating and resolving customer problems and where necessary escalate complaints
  • Record details of repair requests from customers and prioritise the job and assign it
  • Advise customers on their tenancy rights and responsibilities
  • Handle customer payments and issue receipts for any till transactions
  • Build and manage good professional relationships with internal teams

 

What they’re looking for:

  • Have customer service experience. Experience within housing or maintenance would be an advantage.
  • Someone who is IT competent and can use Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • A qualification in customer services is desirable but not essential
  • Someone who understands the importance of confidentiality, cyber security and data protection
  • A good understanding of the principles of customers services and the ability to build a rapport with customers
  • Someone who is organised and can plan their time well
  • Great written and verbal communications skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
