Behaviour Mentor 

Salary: Grade 4 (Points 7-10) – actual starting salary: £17,257 per annum

Contract type: Permanent for 39 weeks per year (38 weeks term time, 5 training days (3 inset days plus 2 days in summer break)

Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon – Thu 8:30am-4:30pm and Fri 8:30am-4pm with 30 min lunch)

Responsible to: Deputy Principal

We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to remove barriers to learning and support personal and academic growth of students. The role will also include working with students who have been identified as needing support in managing their turning point behaviour support system, including detentions behaviour.
