Our client is a successful Financial Advice provider looking to grow the business significantly over the next few years. During these uncertain times, their team of highly skilled Advisers look to deliver certainty through quality advice. They are passionate about the products and services they deliver and are now looking to further expand the team by adding an incredibly important and valued role, Lead Generator.

They are looking for sales professionals who can match their high energy and passion to help people. The role will see you connecting with businesses through outbound communications with the end goal of delivering a lead to a team of financial advisers. All leads will come to fruition by using rapport and relationship building skills combined with a base knowledge of how to track and use a CRM system. The role will require energy, passion, and the desire to deliver results.

Responsibilities

-Conducting outbound calls to perspective business customers, you will be making on average circa 110+ calls per day

-Through first class communication skills you will establish needs and identify opportunities to promote services.

-Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's

-Attend on-going training and coaching sessions

-Provide excellent customer service at all times

-Compliant with all company policies and procedures

The Package

The working environment is an office setting in their brand-new facility, located North Tyneside. The hours of work will be between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and can be flexible dependant on the situation. A market leading uncapped commission scheme will see on target earnings in the region 40-60k.

Required experience and skills/ attributes

-Worked in a Sales background- ideally 1 year B2B sales experience (not essential)

-Worked in a fast paced and target driven environment

-Proven track record within outbound sales

-Worked against daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and targets

-Excellent communication skills

-Good knowledge of Microsoft office and able to navigate online
