Client Liaison Administrator - Grimsby - Up to GBP26,000

We're thrilled to be working with a well-respected wealth management firm who are currently seeking a Client Liaison Administrator to join their team in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and thriving business which champions employee development and success.

Client Liaison Administrator Responsibilities:

?? Acting as a point of contact for the client in the adviser's absence and deal with client queries

?? Booking all client meetings including annual review meetings

?? Processing forms & client Instructions

?? Meeting and greeting all clients

?? Providing personal support to the adviser

?? Monitoring and manage the adviser's diary

?? Dealing with all bespoke adviser queries and requests

?? Monitoring the adviser's opportunities on a weekly basis

?? Managing daily post and passing to other support staff

?? Preparing meeting packs

?? Assisting with mail merge exercises

?? Changing of Agency & LOA Procedures

?? Submitting all forms and letters of instruction to product providers

?? Communicating with product providers to track status of procedures

?? Keeping the adviser and client informed of progress of application through to completion

?? Maintaining the database

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Flexible working available

Required Skills & Experience:

?? Strong client service skills

?? Excellent communication skills

?? Strong Microsoft Office skills

?? XPLAN experience (Desirable)
