Head of Business Growth & Customer Insights

Salary: From £45,000 per annum

Location: Taunton Campus TA1 5AX

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual that wants to lead an award-winning and dynamic business growth team to continue unprecedented development in our apprentice provision. We are seeking an aspiring future senior leader with the desire to continue to transform our world-class educational approach into business growth and lead engagement with our significant employer base.

This is a unique and exciting role that requires a strategic vision to drive for new business opportunities and a focus on growing our apprenticeship program, based on a solution-focused approach with customers. You will bring to the role a deep knowledge of the national and regional apprenticeship picture and will continually push for innovation and clear communication across departments.

You will at all times have a clear picture of processes and timelines to ensure targets are met and will stay ahead of issues pending in deadline bottlenecks. You will be responsible for cross-college coordination to advance all BTC employer contracts- providing a base for a consistent level of customer service across all employer touchpoints.
