The Charity provides an Outstanding School (Ofsted) with Good residential provision (Ofsted) and also an adult day service for young adults aged 19-27 years. Both the Charity's School and adult day service divisions have experienced significant growth over the past three years, and as a consequence the Charity needs to appoint additional staff.

The Charity has created a new position of HR Manager to support the Head of Central Services who is the Charity's Lead Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day to day HR of the Charity including record keeping, safer recruitment, providing advice and guidance, ensuring HR policies and practices are kept up to date and liaising with senior staff on matters regarding staffing. They will also be part of the Central Services Senior Leadership Team.

The successful applicant will be qualified to degree level, or equivalent, with at least two years relevant experience at a senior level. The ability to be organized, methodical and work as a team player is essential. The successful applicant will also need to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks. Experience in Schools and or Local Authority HR would be desirable.
