They are recruiting a Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join their rapidly growing sales team.

You will be:

  • Speaking to customers daily

  • Confirming all information is correct

  • Liaising with accounts department confirming payments have been received

  • Working alongside sales reps ensuring all orders have gone through

  • Updating our database with customers details and where orders are

  • Answering telephones

  • General administration duties

You will have:

  • An extremely good phone manner

  • Administration experience

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good communication skills - verbal and written

  • The ability to work solely and as part of a team

  • An organised individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Multi-task oriented

  • Have a can-do attitude, be adaptable to change and have the ability to work to specific targets and deadlines

  • Customer-focused, dealing with a large customer database and come from a retail sales background

Salary: GBP22,000.00 - GBP24,000.00 per year

Monday- Friday 8.30am - 5pm and every other Saturday 9am - 2pm
