The business is a large-sized UK main dealer group that offers bespoke service and repairs to a specific brand / manufacturer.
Job Description
As a Service Administrator / Invoice Clerk, you will handle all Depot / Service operations such as; vehicle bookings, invoicing, customer relations, retails/contract work, maintaining month end targets, MOT bookings, order numbers, general admin.
The Successful Applicant
• Past experience working within a automotive garage or dealer network handling service / site operations, would be an advantage.
• The ability to work under pressure, actively seek solutions to problems and having the flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks are all key attributes.
• Ability to communicate effectively within your team and manage internal relationship to deliver required information in a timely clear manor.
• All works must be accurate and consistent adhering to all processes and procedures.
What's on Offer
Pay rate: Basic salary between GBP24kpa - GBP25kpa plus overtime rate when working a Saturday (paid at 'time and a half')
Working week: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 x hours a week) plus 2 x Sat mornings per month from 8am to 12pm (at OT rate).
