Support Worker (Night Shift)

Our Company Priority Care UK Limited are currently recruiting Support Workers to work three 12 hour night shifts (36 hours). We are looking for individuals who are friendly, caring and compassionate and are flexible and willing to travel to work. You will be providing high standard person centred care to service users within local Care Homes and Supported Living Services across Merseyside. We are based on the Wirral and we provide temporary and permanent solutions for healthcare clients across the North West of England.

Requirements: Experience in support work, DBS on Update preferred.

The role as a Support Worker will differ as each service user is unique and requires support in different ways. You will be supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities. Some of the responsibilities of a Support Worker will include; helping with personal care and any other activities of daily living, providing emotional support and helping people to build lifelong skills in carrying out activities such as, shopping and travelling on public transport. The aim of a Support Worker is to ensure the supported individuals are living as independently as possible and lead an enjoyable fulfilled life.
