Location: Portishead

Salary: 22k-25K

Full-time, permanent role

A typical day might involve;

• Business Admin support

• Co-ordinate delivery of services

• IT support, speaking to our customers helping to resolve basic faults

• Managing and responding to support ticket requests

• User creation & administration

• Creating & maintaining documentation

• Managing the porting process for the transfer of services between carriers.

• Dealing with requests for adds, moves and changes

• Order and supporting broadband services

• Growing your technical and product knowledge so you can take on more responsibility
