At Select Hospitality, we are proud to be working with a destination Gastro Pub, just outside Cambridge, who due to retirement are looking for a new Head Chef.
My Client, currently trading as a mediterrean style restaurant, are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial head chef. My client are happy for you to adapt the menu and run the business as if it was your own, putting your owb stamp on the food offering.
You will have experience in menu development & costing, and be comfortable using fresh food for all produce. You will be managing a team of 3, however as the business grows there will be scope to increase this.
As well as a great salary of upto GBP35,000, plus tips and bonus, this role also offers the opportunity for share ownership as well as the opportunity to run the business as your own
