A great opportunity for a newly qualified or more experienced Teaching Assistant to build on their training and prior experiences in this long-term role.
The Role
This will be a part-time general Teaching Assistant position supporting in KS1 as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
The school
This is a large, two-form entry school in Birkenhead. They were inspected by Ofsted prior to COVID-19 and were graded as 'Outstanding'. They were given particularly high praise on their results at the end of key stage 2; outstanding behaviour right across the school; and their parental engagement and involvement in the local community.
Requirements
To be considered for this Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Hold a level two or three teaching assistant qualification or similar
Have experience supporting in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Have the ability to inspire and motivate
Have or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Have experience working in mainstream British Schools and be able to demonstrate teaching excellence.
