Burnley College are seeking a Spa Operations Manager to join the Fitness Evolution team to oversee all operational aspects of the Evolution Spa at our newly extended GBP6.5 million Spa and Performance Centre, ensuring a first-class experience is provided to all users and the Colleges high standards are upheld.
Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, dealing with any enquiries from members, visitors, staff and students promptly as well as motivating and driving team targets, maintaining data and providing any additional support to the team and the wider College.
Experience of working within the spa/leisure/wellbeing/fitness/health industry is essential to the role. Additionally, the successful post holder will have the experience of using Microsoft Office applications and Leisure/spa software systems. Although it is desirable for you to have experience working within education, this is not essential for the role.
You will have a good general education, including an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent and possess further beauty qualifications.
The salary for this post is up to GBP24,657.
