Butler Rose are working with one of the top FTSE250 Facilities Management organisations who are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to work alongside one of their largest contracts. This is an exciting 6-month contract role for a candidate who is immediately available.
Responsibilities -
- Managing work in process - review, compile and sending out to Finance Manager's.
- Data Analysis
- Reviewing details received by Finance Managers
- Assessing whether contracts chargeable
- Billing/Preparation on Couper System
- Matching statuses
- Check if Cost classifications are correct
- Reviewing variable billings
- Working with division in France to look after their Finances
Ideal candidate will have -
- AAT Qualified or PQ Accountant - Desirable
- Experience working closely with Finance Managers
- Management Accounts - Actual vs Forecasting
- Intermediate Excel - Spreadsheets
