Imperial Personnel are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work in a vibrant Inbound Call Centre in Stoke.
Our client is a premium parcel carrier who take pride in ensuring their customer experience is the best in the market.
The candidate
?? To be flexible to work on a rotated system, 5 out of 7, 37.5 hours a week working between 08:00 - 20:00 including Saturdays.
?? Have an appetite for giving excellent customer service.
?? To be resilient, calm, collected and approachable
?? To be able to work as part of a team.
The package
?? 37.5 Hours a week (Overtime available if required), across as many days as required
?? Monday to Saturday GBP11.77ph, Sunday GBP14.00ph
?? Paid holiday entitlement
??Onsite parking
The role
?? To provide a "best in market" customer service experience.
?? To aim for a "first time resolution" on every call.
?? To gather all relevant information from the customer to ensure the Operation Team can resolve their issue.
