HR Assistant - Paisley
Stafffinders are delighted to be assisting our third sector client source a talented HR Assistant for their office based on the outskirts of Paisley. Due to location, please only apply if you are a driver. This post is initially up to 6 months but could lead to a longer term role for the right individual. This will also be an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but thriving HR department. We are particularly interested in speaking with recent graduates looking to put their qualifications into practice or an individual with good work experience in a similar HR Assistant role. Furthermore, this opportunity has scope for continual growth & development for individuals looking to progress through the ranks, building a successful career in HR.
The day to day
Using your knowledge and experience gained in Human Resources, you will join a friendly and hard-working team to successfully assist with their HR functions. A self-motivated and driven individual you will play an important part in providing admin support, professional advice to the department and other staff on all aspects of HR. You will be tasked with the onboarding of new staff and completing staff inductions to ensure they are fully compliant and in line with company regulations.
Skills
Previous experience within a Human Resources department OR a relevant qualification in Human Resources is essential and candidates.
An effective listener who can communicate well and must be able to multitask will flourish in this position.Schedule
Both part time of full-time candidates are welcomed to apply.
Hours can be flexible to suit the needs of both the business & the individual.
Salary range GBP19-22k per annum (doe)
