Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor / Offsite Construction
Our client is a main contractor and offsite construction leader with an enviable portfolio of projects across a range of sectors, including: Education, Defence, Prisons, Hotels, Residential, Retail and Student Accommodation.
Due to continued robust growth, they are now looking for a talented and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team in Nottinghamshire.
The ideal person will already possess the following:
* A minimum of 2 years post graduate quantity surveying experience experience..
* A background gained in construction projects.
* Previous experience with contractors.
* Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
* Motivated and career focused.
* Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management degree qualified.
In return for the above skills and experience, our clients will offer a highly competitive basic salary, negotiable on experience, plus car / allowance, pension, medical etc.
