The Kitchen Manager will:
- provide a quality and efficient catering service to all customers of the college
- undertake all specified duties in compliance with relevant food safety and health and safety legislation
- prepare, produce and serve, as required, meals taking into account special dietary and cultural needs
- manage the kitchen staff
- undertake menu planning
- ensure all School food standards are met
- ensure that allergens are clearly identified in all dishes
