Our client is the UK's leading provider selling products into the construction industry and is looking for an experienced CAD Engineer offering a fantastic salary. Do you have previous experience within the interior fit out sector and want to work with architects, design teams, main contractors and end users?
Duties will include but are not limited to :
?? Managing projects from initial design stage through to manufacture
?? Preparing Technical / Sample submittals
?? Producing drawings using AutoCAD 2019 and Revit 2019
?? Liaising with Contractors, Architects and End Users
?? Document management utilising online Intranet based document control systems.
?? Preparation of associated documentation to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and associated sustainability schemes / regulations i.E. BREEAM and LEED
?? Liaison with manufacturing partners
Professional Qualifications and Skills :
?? Previous experience within Construction Industry and preferably in the Interiors Fit Out sector
?? Experience of working with AutoCAD 2019 and Revit 2019
?? Focused team player
?? Commercially aware
?? Ability to work under pressure and to precise deadlines
?? Ability to instigate changes for continuous improvement
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Full product and system training will be provided
