Microsoft 365 Support Engineer
Reporting to
IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Purpose
A prime support role to ensure quality system performance is constantly delivered to over 3000 Motus UK technology users. To be a key member of the IT Infrastructure Team in supporting end users, supporting the performance of software and network services to users through collaboration with the Infrastructure team, IT helpdesk, and external suppliers.
Key Aspects
* Perform 2nd/3rd line M365 application support
* Project delivery work associated with the development of company systems and business strategy and changes in technology
* Perform some day-to-day IT helpdesk duties
* Maintain good working practice monitoring systems, servers, log files and cloud platforms
* Making sure service levels and communication provided to end users is of the highest standard
* Maintenance of, and compliance with Environmental Health & Safety standards
