The Moorcroft Group are a leading UK consumer debt recovery specialist working on behalf of most major companies within the UK and are recruiting for Call Centre Agents to join their call centre in Stockport.

The Call Centre Agents are responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers by putting their journey at the heart of our contact with them and assisting them to find realistic solutions to financial problems. We offer full training and you will also work towards an industry recognised accreditation, plus the chance to work in a friendly team environment using state of the art IT.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English

  • Possess excellent communication skills

  • Have a commitment to helping customers

The hours of work alternate between early and late shifts on a weekly basis:

  • Early Shift: Monday to Friday 7.15am – 1.15pm and Saturday 8.30am – 4pm

  • Late Shift: Monday to Thursday 1pm – 9pm and Friday 1pm – 7pm

This is a full time permanent position.

There are local public transport links nearby. This role would suit someone looking to work within a customer service orientated environment or experienced Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Advisor or Call Handler.
