This is the ideal role for a talented sales professional with a background in selling CapEx products or projects within the construction, construction plant, or waste sectors.

The Role
 
As a Major Account Development Manager, you will be tasked with selling our Zappshelter systems to a range of businesses.
 
In this engaging and all-encompassing sales role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle from business development through to account management.
 
You’ll be bringing prospects on board and working to further develop existing clients, as well as regaining lost opportunities. Ensuring a continuous flow of profitable sales, you’ll also ensure the provision of great service to clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
 
About You
 
To be considered as a Major Account Development Manager, you will need:
 
- At least four years’ successful proactive sales experience of which two years must have been in key account development
- Experience of selling CapEx products and projects from £15,000 to £200,000
- Sales experience in one of the following: construction, construction plant, waste, aggregates
- A good level of IT literacy, preferably experience in Google Workspace, and a CRM system, ideally Pipedrive
- A full, valid driving licence, preferably clean
 
A professional qualification, a degree or diploma in construction, business studies, or sales and marketing would be beneficial to your application.
