Training Specialist

GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 (Dependent on experience)

Full time - 37.5 hours per week

The Training Specialist responsibilities will include, supporting new site openings, Management and Supervisory Training, Personal Development Workshops, induction support and delivering bespoke programmes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs within Motorpoint
  • Design, create and deliver a range of training solutions using classroom, virtual and blended learning to improve efficiency and ROI
  • Review, update, and improve training materials as needed.
  • Evaluate training and development programmes through monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes.
  • Support Motorpoint colleagues with specific training needs through consultation
  • Help to embed a coaching culture across Motorpoint
  • Work in collaboration with the Training Co-ordinator to include onboarding and the maintenance of the LMS system.
  • Keep up to date with current training trends, developments and best practices
  • Attend quarterly quality meetings for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills required:

  • Certificate in Training Practice is desirable
  • Proven experience as a training specialist in an operational multi-site environment is advantageous
  • Experience of designing, delivering and maintaining training materials
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of Coaching Principles
  • Proven experience of both F2F and Virtual delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build collaborative relationships
  • Willing and able to travel to our operations throughout the UK
