SAP Application Analyst (1st line support)/Permanent/GBP38,000 pa

You will be working for a world famous family owned business based in Greenford London or Derbyshire. You will be joining a team of talented employees that contribute to the extensive success of our client.
They are currently looking to hire a SAP Application Analyst as soon as possible to support the business involving Group SAP applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cross functional environment and managing life-cycle processes.
Responsibilities for this role includes:
Engaging in Stakeholder identification
Providing 1st Line support
Support the manager with the review, escalation and resolution of issues that arise
Performs data migrations where essential
Ensures data consistencyKey Skills:
Excel
SAP
3-5 years experience with FMCG
Experience of 'multi level' helpdesk environment
Experience with applications for industrial manufacturing and logistic processesDesirable skills:
Commercial awareness
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills
