I am looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and customer focused individual to join a warm and friendly company based in Banbury as an Administrative Assistant for their Service Delivery team. Reporting to the Operations Director the candidate will be required to support a busy Service Delivery team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Location: Banbury
Salary: GBP18,500 per Annum
Working Hours:
(Monday - Thursday) 08:45 - 17:00 + 45 minute lunch break
(Friday) 08:45 - 16:00 + 30 minute lunch break
Key Responsibilities:
Management of three client portals
Setting up new users and delivering training
Reviewing overdue and non-accepted leads
Prompting users to accept and update leads
Reporting back on a day-to-day basis to the Operations Director
Assisting in pulling monthly and quarterly reports for clients
Liaising with the Service Delivery function for new content and assets
Setting up a fortnightly mass Newsletter (adverts, headlines, landing pages etc)
Managing landing pages / website - Regularly refreshing content (eNewsletter and landing pages / website)
Daily social media activity to complement eNewsletter content and ads
Engagement tracking, monitoring, and reporting - Liaising with the Service Delivery function for new content and assets
Using a matching tool to match client lists to information already held by the company
Cleaning and importing new data into our database
Woking in excel to manually dedupe or consolidate data lists'
Candidate Requirements:
1 year experience in an office admin role
Experience with Excel including formula writing and data sorting
Excellent organisational skills and proactive at personal time management
Ability to work independently
Experience working with online portals
Customer facing experience
Experience working within marketing or IT
