Telephonist/Service Administrator Full Time
We are an Essex based company in Hatfield Peverel providing numerous Mechanical and Electrical Building Maintenance Contracts to corporate clients.
We are looking for a confident, and motivated individual to join our team. Working as part of a busy service team, your role will combine telephone duties together with service administration support for clients, contract managers, sub-contractors and engineers utilising a Protean CMMS Package.
Knowledge of MS Office essential together with a good client facing manner for this frontline position.
Hours 08.00 — 16.00 — Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. Parking available.
Holidays 28 days per annum to include bank holidays.
Salary scale £18,000.00 -£21,000.00 p.a.
