Salary Proposal
Starting GBP19,000 with phone and commission - OTE approx. GBP22,000
Duties within Role:
Following up leads and responding to sales enquiries
Advertising - Help keep live adverts up to date
Property viewings with potential tenants
Tenant referencing, completing tenancy documentation, inventories and moving the new tenant in. Tenancy check out inventories.
Using the tenant management computer system
Taking of rent payments via Stripe and cash where applicable.
Completing safety inspections of properties following company procedures, then logging work orders into the property management system
Checking on tenant issues raised through the management system, respond and action as necessary.
Support other team members during sickness and holidays
Chasing rent arrears.
Your own car is essential for this role.
