This place is lively! They're a cracking bunch of people and they are rarely looking to add to the team but they are now! The business has never been busier, the sales pipeline is bursting, account managers are stacked building relationships, estimators can't do any more than they are at getting quotations out through the door and production, well they're loving because they've got overtime coming out of their ears.

So this is an opportunity for somebody with a sales admin, ideally estimating or quoting background too to come in and make everything a little less hectic. When I say hectic, I think with an extra pair of experienced print hands, everything will pull together even more. The quotes can perhaps be placed a little more strategically in the team, quotes followed up and converted into new business and new happy clients.
The role of estimating here, is fairly time consuming and manual, for now... They will be implementing an MIS system in 2022 but for now, you'll need to know your way around excel and be fairly strong on your maths game. Now I'm not expecting a Carol Vorderman or Rachel Riley but someone that enjoys the data, the maths and processing would love this.
This is print. It's fairly technical and with the pace of things currently, it would be super handy for you to be from this world. The business produces visual graphics for clients that span across lots of different sectors. Printing on many substrates but they are well known and the go to printer for dye sublimation (Printing onto fabrics for those not in the know).
Think Flags, Banners, Tension Fabric for Exhibitions Displays, Building Wraps and you won't be far wrong.
If you're ambitious and want to progress, there's opportunity to do so here but equally, if you're happy and comfortable maintaining the same level of your career, there's absolutely a space for you too.
