Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
You are a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years experience, maybe you're seeking a role closer to home or you're current company isn't offering you the progression that you want in your career. You will be working for a forward thinking Irish Main Contractor based in the North West of Ireland working on projects in Sligo, Galway, Leitrim and Donegal including schools, hospitals, colleges, houses and Nursing Homes.

Quantity Surveyor Skills:
The Project Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role would suit a delivery orientated individual with 2-4 years post graduate experience with a Developer or Main Contractor. Experience in housing, schools, nursing homes, commercial projects is desirable.
Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
* You have a 3rd level qualification in a related field
* You have 2-4 yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Developer or Contractor.
* You have experience of commercial projects / healthcare projects
* An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
* Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
* Reporting on budgets and variations
* You have have strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings
* Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
* Reporting on budgets and variations
* Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details
The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of ???45,000 - ???55,000 (negotiable) + an attractive package depending on experience.
