Salary: £46,935 - £50,351 per annum
Location: Bridgwater Campus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Estates at Bridgwater and Taunton College. The College has three large campuses in Bridgwater, Taunton and Cannington plus a separate Residential Accommodation Centre at Trull. The Estate has c100 buildings with a total GIA of c100,000m2 and total estate size site of 260 hectares.
As Head of Estates you will lead and develop the Facilities (Facilities and Maintenance, Electrical, Grounds and Cleaning), Capital and Health & Safety Teams through 4 direct reports and a total team of around 80. You will have the opportunity to lead the strategic direction for our estate and to enhance student and staff experience at the College. You will also take a lead in progressing the College’s strategic response to the climate crisis, relating to estate matters. You will be based in Bridgwater but will work across all of our sites
