We have an opening for a great Assistant Manager to join our client's team. Someone with spirit, hospitality, and flair. The qualities our client are seeking are:

Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable.
At least a year's hospitality management service and three years in customer service.
An understanding and knowledge of the restaurant's style of service, product and ethos.
Maintains standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive the business forward.
