Training Administrator Job Description
Reports to the Head Administrator
Salary - GBP21,000
Based in 10 Royal Scot Road, Derby
* Attendance at local jobcentres and external venues to facilitate learner recruitment;
* Eligibility screening of candidates to ensure contract compliance including marking Initial Assessments and enrolling learners onto MI system;
* Administer the completion of all paperwork as required by funding partners and regulators;
* Ensure that evidence packs are fully completed and checked including the inputting of course information and uploading to MI system;
* Liaise with learners and internal staff to resolve queries and missing information;
* Maintain management information systems where changes to learning occur i.e. PICS;
* Liaise with the Quality Compliance Manager to ensure that learners are registered with the appropriate awarding body as well as being withdrawn if they leave early;
* Collate attendance records and upload to systems;
* Ensure timely uploading of correct paperwork as required;
* Maintain learner trackers to ensure compliance, documentation and number of learners on programme;
* Support the Head Administrator to update paperwork during and at the end of the programme of study;
* Support the Head Administrator to clear outstanding errors and rejections from funding partners or government funding agencies;
* Support the Head Administrator with internal and external audit and compliance checks;
* Other general admin tasks as required
