Are you looking for a part time flexible role within a buzzing community and working in a friendly team?
Radcliffe on Trent Parish Council currently have a vacancy for a caretaker, experienced in delivering high quality, efficient, customer focused services
You will have the ability to work well in a team, have a can do attitude be self-motivated and have excellent communication and organisational skills
The role has negotiable hours at interview and is based in the Grange and Grange Hall, which between them cater for weddings, meetings, dances, theatre and a host of other social and commercial events
Key responsibilities include:

Opening and closing of the buildings for bookings
-
To prepare rooms and provide lettings support for users of the buildings, including set-up of the projector and sound system

To deal with contractors and deliveries
-
Basic maintenance, inspections and record keeping of the premises and equipment

To clean all areas, including halls, toilets and offices, including replenishment of consumables and ensure the adequate stock of cleaning and hygiene supplies

To open, close and clean the public toilets adjacent to site
