Our client is an award-winning Communications Company who are currently looking for an experienced and confident individual to support their Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Team!

Health and Safety Coordinator Duties:

• Producing, maintaining and reviewing risk assessments
• Managing hazards and making sure these are documented on the in-house system
• Conducting health, safety and environmental inspections of the company's facilities, and logging the metrics for these
• Providing health, safety and environmental inductions
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure health, safety and environmental support and conducting performance and approval reviews
• Administration support for Sustainability Team
• Supporting with both external and internal health, safety and environmental audits
• Ad-hoc duties to support the health, safety, and environmental team

Ideal Health and Safety Coordinator will have:

• Demonstrable experience within a similar role
• Excellent and efficient communication skills
• An ability to pre-emptively support business requirements
• Organisational skills at the highest level and able to prioritise workload under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proven knowledge if IOSH or NEBOSH certificate
• Health, safety, environmental, and sustainability knowledge and experience
• Internal auditing experience
• Confidence in general computer software such as MS Office
