Salary and Working Hours

Our drivers work shifts can involve irregular and unsociable hours. This could potentially mean working early mornings, late evenings and weekends. You'll be working a 5 in 7 rotating shift pattern. Shifts are Monday to Friday in the first week, then Tuesday to Saturday in the second week.
Your basic salary will be GBP38,000 for a 45-hour working week, plus 45 mins a day for breaks, but you can expect to earn a lot more than this if you're willing to do overtime or work additional days. Shift durations will vary, however overtime will be paid on top of all daily shifts, including for periods of availability, that exceed 10.5 hours. Additional days worked will also be paid as an additional shift at GBP160
