Prestigious, family run Property Developers requires sales and marketing support to busy Sales Centres across East Anglia. The role will include:
* Setting up all aspects of our new developments - coordinating roadside and on-site signage, managing the fit out of our sales offices, ensuring all the furniture, displays and IT are installed on time
* Managing the closure of sales offices - coordinating removals and furniture storage
* Supporting existing developments - coordinating orders and delivery of stationery and marketing supplies that are needed, managing payment terminals
* Helping update our online property listings and price lists
* Ensuring all sales offices have up to date marketing material, displays and specification samples
* Dealing with ad hoc sales enquiries that come through the web
* Assisting with shows and events
Applicants should be self-reliant and happy to be out and about, yet who enjoy working as part of a team in a busy office environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be IT literate and have the ability to work autonomously and on their own initiative. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.
The position will involve travelling around East Anglia, therefore a full UK driving licence and own transport is essential.
Hours: 8.30-5.30 Monday-Friday.
