We’re the Pension Protection Fund. We protect millions of people in the UK who belong to defined benefit pension schemes. Our members rely on us to look after their pensions if their employers collapse and the pension schemes cannot afford to pay what they promised.
We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to proactively manage the workload and diary obligations of the Chief Risk Officer, and from time-to-time other senior stakeholders in the Risk Department.
The job-holder will be responsible for providing appropriate solutions for stakeholders, organising internal activities, prioritising demands with minimal supervision, building an awareness of department priorities by managing challenges and concerns, and providing a high standard of administrative support.
We’re looking for applicants with recent experience in a similar position, looking after an executive or a C-suite member from within a professional organisation. You’ll have good administration and timekeeping skills in order to work at a high level autonomously, ensuring focus to complete diverse tasks and adhere to competing deadlines, successfully handling ambiguity at times. We expect that your proven stakeholder management skills can ensure adaptability when dealing with different, often senior, audiences.
