Customer Success IT Engineer (pre-sales and IT service implementation projects)
Consideration will be given to those who would prefer to work from home, although the initial few months in the role will involve regular visits to our Llandudno office in North Wales to enable thorough training.

The Role - Customer Success IT Engineer (pre-sales and IT service implementation projects)
Working within the Technical Department, you'll be working closely with the Sales and Technical Teams to identify, plan and implement complex professional IT service projects.
Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:
* Assisting with pre-sales scoping to assist Sales Teams to identify solutions
* Collating requirements, planning and delivering complex professional services
* Taking ownership of projects and customer relationships
* Ensuring commercial viability of proposed solutions
* Supporting customers and colleagues with their use of software, hardware and services

* Permanent contract, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Our Requirements - Customer Success IT Engineer (pre-sales and IT service implementation projects)
* Experience gained in a similar role, with a broad range of IT knowledge and skills, ideally working as part of managed services provider
* Technical skills and experience with Infrastructure and Modern Desktop, including but not limited to - Azure AD; Security; Windows Server environments; networking, and M365 Premium Stack
* Achieved a Microsoft qualification in either MSCA, MCSE, AZ-100 or AZ-104
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to deliver clear and articulate information to customers and colleagues
* Attentive to customer needs, and able to build strong rapport and loyalty
* Able to manage difficult situations calmly
* Superb analytical and methodical problem-solving skills
* Degree level graduate (in relevant subject)
