Brief overview of the role

To build a good working team relationship with your colleagues, and assist with the day to day running of the Whittlebury culinary operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, all food quality and safety standards.

Working week
Monday - Friday, working hours TBC
Total hours per week: 40.00

Vacancy description

Duties will include:

• To report for shifts punctually as per rota, wearing the correct uniform
• To adhere to all the company's procedure on health, safety and hygiene
• Form a good working relationship with your colleagues promoting and sharing of knowledge and best practice
• To be flexible in the duties required of you, by assisting in other kitchens if requested to by the Department Head. To be alive to new ideas and systems which could benefit the department or Whittlebury
• To attend any training courses/sessions as requested by the Hotel Management.
• To comply with industry recommendations, and any recommendations of the Environmental Health Officers

Qualifications we provide:

• Commis Chef or Chef de Partie Level 3
