We’re now looking for an HR Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis and support our growing workforce.
 
This is an exciting chance to support a wide range of human resource activities and put your stamp on processes that help define our HR strategy. As we are a training organisation, we are perfectly placed to help our teams develop, so this role will enable you to learn and grow.
 
As an HR Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with proactively supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR team. 
 
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will provide administrative support and co-ordination of the full employee lifecycle.  
 
You’ll prepare and post advertisements, screen CVs and schedule and arrange interviews. Getting involved in every element of recruitment and HR, you will co-ordinate, onboard and induct new starters, completing all related administrative processes. 
 
Additionally, you’ll provide a key point of contact for all HR enquiries and support a range of administrative processes. These will include administering company cars, reporting on various information and covering the reception desk and switchboard as required 
 
To be considered as an HR Co-ordinator, you will need: 
 
- Experience of working within an HR function 
- Previous experience of co-ordinating recruitment processes 
- General HR administration experience
- Experience of communicating across all levels of a business 
- Basic knowledge of employment law and HR best practice 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
- Knowledge of HR systems 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular, Word, Excel and Outlook 
- A good standard of secondary education 
 
Knowledge of payroll processes would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of reception work. Further education in an HR or business-related subject and/or Associate CIPD would also be advantageous. 
 
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however, we will consider 30–35 hours per week if you are able to cover five days per week. 
 
Other organisations may call this role Human Resources Administrator, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Human Resources Assistant, or Human Resources Co-ordinator.
